We also record your communication preferences, including whether you choose to receive text messages. For paid purchases, Stripe handles your payment information. We do not see or store your full card number.
We use your information to manage free workshop registrations and paid purchases, send confirmations, deliver Zoom links and event reminders, provide recordings included with your registration or purchase, and answer your questions. For paid purchases, we also use it to handle refund requests.
If you choose to receive text reminders, we use your phone number for those messages. You can unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link or stop text messages by replying STOP.
We use Gamma for landing pages; BILT, powered by GoHighLevel, for registration forms, checkout, contact records, emails, and text reminders; Stripe for payments; and Zoom for live sessions. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services and have their own privacy policies. Our pages may use cookies or similar technologies needed for these services to function.
Workshop and Boot camp sessions are recorded. If you turn on your camera or microphone, or you write in the chat, you may appear in the recording.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the tools above, or when the law requires it.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help deliver our services, including text reminders. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used only to provide the messaging service and are not shared for other purposes.
We keep registration, purchase, communication, and consent records for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, manage communication preferences, and meet applicable business, tax, and legal requirements.
Our workshops and boot camps are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
